Lash line enhancement is a form of permanent makeup and can be done with a machine or manually. At Hidden Gem Luxury, we give the choice of using our Everlasting 'semi'-permanent makeup pigment or Permablend permanent makeup ink.

You may NOT have this procedure done while wearing false lashes. You must wait until fully healed (4-6 weeks) to resume lashes to prevent sensitivity and/or irritation from the lash glue.

ONE Perfecting Session is included with all Lash Line Enhancement treatments.

Blade or shade; What’s the difference?

Microblading and ombre/ powder eyebrows are both types of tattoos, ideal for thin or sparse eyebrows.

Microblading is also known as eyebrow embroidery or hairstroke tattooing. This method can create very natural looking, and even fluffy eyebrows. This technique is best suited for normal to dry skin types with refined pores to avoid pigment from blurring in the skin and becoming a powder brow over time.

Ombre brows are also called powder brows, microshading, or simply shaded brows. This technique gives more of a dense, makeup effect to the brows and would be better suited for a oily to combination skin type, or someone with larger pores, as well as anyone with previous PMU.

When shading is done alone, it can look very dramatic and 'tattooed' if you don't already have fuller brows. This is why it is popular to mix feathered hairstrokes with the makeup effect shading technique to produce a combination brow.
